In May 2020, amid the tumultuous onset of the pandemic, Sweet Grace Market was born. Then, in 2021, upon learning of the imminent retirement plans of Melville Trading Co.'s proprietors, an exciting opportunity presented itself. The idea of continuing the legacy of their beloved business—one they had poured their hearts into for over a decade—took shape. And so, Sweet Grace Market at Melville Trading Co. was brought to life. Since early 2023, Celeste has continued as the sole owner, proudly leading Sweet Grace Market into its next chapter.

Situated in the charming downtown area of Mebane, NC, we operate as a multi-vendor specialty boutique, offering an array of unique gifts, home décor items, and antiques. Our shop prides itself on its carefully curated selection, ensuring that each visit promises the discovery of something special.
